Indications:

• Treatment of adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve blood sugar control when diet and exercise alone are not enough.
• Used as monotherapy or in combination with other diabetes medications, such as metformin, sulfonylureas, or insulin.

Dosage and Administration:

• Adults with Moderate to Severe Renal Impairment: One 25mg tablet taken once daily.
